my daily routine

 
I wake up at 7:30 am every morning.

I have a cup of coffee and make breakfast,

 for my husband and my daughter, i usually make eggs and chocolate for them,

I like read the wall in my Facebook page while I have breakfast. My daughter Jade like to have a shower after they have breakfast but I like to have a shower before I get dressed.
My husband works his projects, and I have my daily homework.
i prepare daily for my career, i work in my workshops for professional practice and my complementary studies like criminal psychology or psycho graphology.

After I have finished my work at home, I go to the kitchen to cook dinner. In my house I usually make sandwich or a light plate. The family eat dinner together at 7:30pm.
After dinner I make sure that my daughter do their homework, and then I chill out on the sofa and watch TV series from Internet.
On Internet I usually watch the X Files. My husband usually likes to tell me to watch the Simpsons, or movies.
My daughter pick up the toys  before she goes to bed and I tell she to go to the bathroom too.

If I am sick I have to take my medication, but then I get into my pajamas and set the alarm so I wake up in the morning.
The last things I do is lock the door, turn off the lights, and go to bed.    

Activities I like and dislike doing alone, with my family or friends

The activities that i like are:

I like to read about the latest research on psychology , new experiments and discoveries, i like to practice psychology with the members of my family and friends, doing psychometric tests for them in my free time.

I like to cook also, i like preparing vegetarian food, healthy options like salads, deviled eggs, my favorite options are avocado, lettuce, carrots, cucumber and soy milk.

I like painting too, when i have free time, my daughter and i, paint abstract pictures, full of color that we love... 

Another of my favorite activities, that i enjoy is, going to the park with my little daughter and play under the sun, touch the sand, and run everywhere.

The activities what i dislike are, reading news about animal abuse, or discussing politics with followers of the ex-president Uribe... that is really draining...

¿What is my house like?

My apartment is in Pasto, it's big and wonderful, My family and I, live in this fabulous apartment that is of solid old construction, it has a beautiful view from which you can see the big mall and the Pan Americana central road,

I love and feel very relaxed in my lovely and quiet apartment.

I am lucky to live in this apartment with my family. we have 3 bathrooms all with the common utilities, one of them is where we keep my daughter’s toothbrush, where we brush our teeth three times a day. We also have 3 bedrooms one of them is for my daughter where my office is also located the others are for me and my husband, where we enjoy many hours of entertainment and family time. We also have an office, this is for my husband who works from home. The living room and kitchen are separated by a colored glass swinging door that's very nice, full of light and clean. My husband has plants in windows and a little pine tree in the entrance. I don't have a garden or a yard, but if I need sun, I can go up and out on the roof terrace where I am free to enjoy the view with sunshine and fresh air.

 That is my office, where I enjoy the view that helps my concentration while working in my homework.

this is our bathroom, the little red stool is for my daughter to stand on when brushing her teeth.

My little Daughter is 3 years old, that is her bedroom, which is full of toys and her computer which she spend hours in front of learning her abc's and so much more.

Finally this is our bedroom where we spend time watching movies, the bed is so comfortable for sleeping and more.
